During this project, I was interested in how light casts interesting shadows, and table legs that had a certain curved feel to them. I was also drawn to shapes similar to an X that come together in the center.
During the development of this project, I made the legs slightly thicker than they should have been because I was not sure how much weight it could hold. The resin pour was a new process for me so experimentation was needed. I explored how transparent and opaque colors layered and how best to get a glass like surface.
